I've always been the girl with the camera.
I'm a mom, a teacher, and a photographer. My whole world revolves around two beautiful little boys who share my love of photography. My youngest is my favorite model, and my oldest is my assistant and second shooter.
As a photographer, I focus on detail, placing emphasis on gesture and mood. I understand that what one crops out of an image is equally as important as what is included in the frame. I love meeting new people, capturing fleeting moments and making memories my clients can cherish forever.
I graduated from Texas A&M- Commerce in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Photography, and I currently teach photography at a local private school.
But ...Once upon a time...
I was an inquisitive little girl with a Polaroid 600, back in 1980 something. To this day, when I pick up my camera, I’m that wide-eyed girl again. When all the rules and formulas fade into the background, the magic happens.
